Venue Hire
Party & celebrate in Harrogate’s premier party venue for events up to 100 people. We are super proud to host 175 events each calendar year, that’s every weekend guarantee to booked out so don’t delay in securing your date with our online booking form.
We’re very proud of our beautiful & versatile function rooms. Our first floor bar has dual aspect views over the cricket ground and Harrogate and holds up to 100 people. The ground floor bar has a cosy intimate feel and holds up to 40 people.

Pricing
• £40 per hour for
25th-100th Birthdays, Anniversary’s & Engagement Party’s, Wakes, Christenings, Christmas Party’s & Work Party
• £50 per hour for
18th - 21st Birthdays, Wedding Receptions, Business Meetings & Kids Party
• £60 per hour for
Informal wedding receptions
• £80 per hour
New Years Eve Bookings (minimum bar spend of £1,000)
Entertainment Packages
We have you covered when it comes to getting the party started which includes everything you need to have a good night or book individual items of the entertainment pack

Bar Packages:
We have a fully stocked bar serving the best local ales and beers on draught and the best international bottled beers, the finest selection of international wines and spirits. Our fully trained bar staff will help make your evening enjoyable for you and your guests. We don’t offer corkage on drinks or allow you to bring your own drinks
• Cash Bar - your guests will pay for their drinks
• Welcome Drinks - we’ll serve drinks of your choice on arrival, options can be wine and fizz, draught and bottled beers or a cocktail
• Pre-Paid Bar - pre-pay an amount of your choosing, if the amount gets exceeded choose to top it up or revert to a cash bar
• Open Bar - we take an initial payment of £15 per head, if the value is exceeded we charge any additional fees at the end of the hire
Catering:
Use our in house catering team for your event, we are flexible and can cater to your dietary needs.
Menus range from Summer BBQ’s, taco bar, grazing tables, finger buffets, hot meals & pizzas and sandwiches.
